Refund policy

Refund policy for digital PDF guides

Financial Guides Hub sells downloadable PDF guides only. No physical products are supplied, so there is no packaging to return, return address or return shipping label.

30-day refund requests

You may request a refund within 30 days of receiving access to your PDF guide. To request a refund, email info@multicalc.blog with your order number or proof of purchase, the guide's name and the reason for your request. Please do not include payment card details. We will review your request and notify you whether it has been approved. This policy does not make a refund automatic in every case.

Download problems or incorrect files

If you cannot download or open your guide, receive the wrong file, or find that the file is defective or not as described, contact us so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement file or refund. Your statutory rights are not limited by the 30-day request window.

Approved refunds

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received it, contact info@multicalc.blog.

Digital returns and exchanges

PDF guides cannot be physically returned. If you purchased the wrong guide, contact us within the 30-day request window so we can review your request. You do not need to post anything to us.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content and any applicable cancellation rights. Where the law allows a cancellation right to end when a digital download begins, this requires your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that you will lose that cancellation right. This policy alone does not provide that consent or acknowledgement.
